IN ENGLISH, PLEASE

Con motivo, el 21 de marzo , de la celebración del Día Mundial de la Poesía os hice a vosotros, queridísimos alumnos y alumnas del ÁMBITO DE LA COMUNICACIÓN de Nivel 2, una propuesta de actividades para trabajar esta efeméride con el sensible poeta Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer. Veremos los resultados el martes que viene.   World Poetry Day is on 21 March, and was declared by UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) in 1999. The purpose of the day is to promote the reading, writing, publishing and teaching of poetry throughout THE WORLD and, as the UNESCO session declaring the day says, to "give fresh recognition and impetus to national, regional and international poetry movements". No estoy muy segura si esta es la canción que José Antonio sugirió el pasado lunes para la clase de inglés: I BELIEVE IN ANGELS fue el título que él me dió pero creo que esa frase es sólo parte del estribillo ("Chorus", en inglés) y que, sin embargo, I HAVE A DREAM es el título original En cualquier caso, ahí queda para vuestro deleite.
